Pet Portraits

 

Here are a few samples of my pet portraits.

 

The portrait titled "Bear" was requested by Tom for his

wife Karen.  Bear had recently passed away and Tom's

wife was very close to Bear.  When I was working on Bear's portrait, it seemed to just flow out of my fingers, leading me to believe God must have been helping

with another creation, Bear's portrait.

The portrait titled "Zippy" was commissioned by his

owner Jen in remembrance of him after he had

passed.  I was working on Zippy's portrait and was

about 80-90% complete when all of a sudden I felt 

Zippy panting.  It gave me goosebumps and all I could do was chuckle to myself.  Sounds crazy, but it was a really cool experience!
